WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Physical products are returnable within 90 days of the purchase date.

Digital products are returnable within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as, at a minimum, the first 2 modules of the course have been completed.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

Physical products are shipped via USPS for the majority of orders. Some orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Digital product access information is sent via email to the email provided at the time of purchase.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE COURSE I ORDERED?

Digital product access information is sent via email to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received the access information, please contact us via the contact page for further assistance.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Physical products are generally shipped within one business day. Depending on where you are in the USA or around the world arrival times vary and can take 2 weeks or more to arrive if you live outside the USA.

Digital products are available on the day of purchase and access information should arrive within one hour of purchase.
